Your use of Chatifier.com web site and Chatifier Widget (referred to collectively as the «Chatifier» in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Chatifier owner, Fedor Chenkov.

By accessing, browsing, or using chatifier.com website and/or Chatifier Widget, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You may not use the Chatifier if you do not accept the Terms.

Chatifier is a community driven project maintained by Chatifier owner. Chatifier content are created by its users and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0).

Use of the Chatifier by you

You agree to use Chatifier only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Chatifier (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Chatifier).

Chatifier may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

  • you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or
  • Chatifier is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful)

Content presented to you as part of the Chatifier is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0). As a contributor, you agree that all content you make available in Chatifier, will be licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0. That means, anyone is:

  • free to copy, distribute or transmit your content
  • free to remix or adapt your content

under the following conditions:

  • attribution - the content must be attributed to you
  • share alike - if the content is altered, transformed or builded upon, the result must be distributed under the same or similar license to this one.

Chatifier reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any service.

Other content

Chatifier may include hyperlinks to other web sites or content or resources. Chatifier may have no control over any web sites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than Chatifier.

You acknowledge and agree that Chatifier is not responsible for the availability and the content of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources.

Information for re-users

You may re-use content from Chatifier freely provided you have met the conditions of CC BY-SA 3.0:

  • You leave attribution to Chatifier project in form of active direct hypertext link to http://chatifier.com/ website.
  • You leave attribution to content author in form of active direct hypertext link to his or her profile.
  • If you make modifications or additions to the content you re-use, you must license them under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share-Alike License 3.0 or later.

NB: «active direct hypertext link» means hyperlink must point directly to destination page in standard HTML visible even with JavaScript disabled, and not use a tinyurl or any other form of obfuscation or redirection. Furthermore, the links must not be nofollowed.
